Healthy Oatmeal Raison Cookie Diet

 

With a new trend of "Cookie Diets" that charge a fortune for cardboard tasting cookies, here is my recipe for a "Diet Cookie" that will also help lower cholesterol.

 

1/2 Lb. Healthy Heart Margarine (Tm)

1/2 Cup Of Truvia (Tm) Sweetener.

1 Cup Of No Sugar Added Applesauce.

1/2 Cup Egg Beater (Tm)

1 Tbs Vanilla

1 1/2 Cup Of Oat Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Cinnamon

3 Cups Of Premium Oatmea.

1 1/2 Cup Of No Sugar Added Raisons

 

Heat oven to 350 F.

Beat together margarine, applesauce and sweetener.

Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and mix well.

Stir in oats and raisins and mix well.

6 Drop by rounded tblsp onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 15 minutes or until firm to touch.

Cool.
